Our Team Across the Americas

Agros is led by an Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Senior Management Team (SMT) based across the United States and Central America. This bi-regional structure reflects who we are as an organization: deeply connected to the communities we serve, while supported by strong administrative and operational teams in the U.S. 

Our headquarters is located in the University District neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. From here, our administrative, development, and finance teams work to strengthen donor partnerships, steward resources, and ensure that every program is grounded in excellence, transparency, and impact. 

Across Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua, more than 60 dedicated team members lead our core opportunity areas accompaniment, agribusiness, youth and women’s empowerment, climate-smart agriculture, and community development. Their on-the-ground expertise and close relationships with families are at the heart of our mission and the foundation of lasting transformation.
