Yes. You may set up a monthly donation by mail, and we also gladly accept monthly donations by check. To get started, please send a completed donation form along with a check or credit card information. Please note that mailed requests take additional time to process.
You can change or cancel your monthly gift at any time. To update your donation amount, payment method, or to stop your gift, please contact our Donor Services team at donor.services@agros.org or call us at (206)-686-3527. Changes are typically processed within one business day. You can also view your charge date, update your payment information, and manage your recurring gift anytime through our secure donor portal. When you become an Agros Companion, you will receive an email with instructions on how to set up access to the donor portal.
Your credit card will be charged automatically once per month on the date you selected when you set up your recurring gift. If that date falls on a weekend or holiday, the charge may be processed on the next business day.
Yes. We provide an annual tax receipt summarizing your charitable contributions for the previous calendar year. Receipts are typically sent by email in January. Your giving history and tax receipts are also easily accessible at any time via your Agros donor portal.
