Event catering will be provided by Kaspar’s Catering. There will be two entrée options – there will be a vegetarian/vegan option or a meat entrée. Both will be gluten-free. Please reach out with questions.
Allergies and intolerances will be accommodated as best as possible. All meals provided are gluten free. If you have an allergy or intolerance, you will have a chance to mention this when you purchase your ticket. There is a “Special Accommodations” section where you may include a note.
No. The event is for guests 21+ only.
We encourage festive semi-formal and cocktail attire.
The main opportunity to give will take place during a raise the paddle event.
As part of the check-in process, all guests will be asked to provide a credit card to secure any gifts that are given as part of the raise the paddle event. There will also be an opportunity during the check-out process to change method of payment.
We recommend staying in the South Lake Union, University District, or Ballard neighborhoods. Here are a few recommendations within a 10-minute drive:
Currently, there are no longer health mandates that affect this event. Fremont Studios has an HVAC filtration system with air flow that exceeds Health Safety Recommendations.
