Become a Table Host

We’re so glad you’ve decided to be part of Tierras de Vida, Agros’ annual fundraising gala.

By joining us, you’re stepping into a circle of generous individuals who believe in the dignity to build—and that true prosperity begins with ownership. Together, we’ll celebrate stories of resilience and self-determination while investing in a future where rural communities can build, grow, and thrive on their own terms.
Please complete the form below to reserve your spot.
We can’t wait to welcome you on Friday, October 2, 2026, at Fremont Studios in Seattle, WA.
Ownership changes everything. At Tierras de Vida, that change begins with you.

YOUR ROLE AS A TABLE HOST

YOUR FIRST DECISION!

Decide whether you will Sponsor your guests or Assemble a table (10 guests including yourself). Both options make you a valued Table Host, and we’ll support you every step of the way with encouragement, text for invites, reminders, and updates.

Purchase tickets to fill a table (10 seats) in advance and invite your guests to join you (at no cost to them). This is a great option if you’d like to treat your guests and simplify their engagement process. A table costs $1750.00.

Reserve a table (10 seats) and invite guests who purchase their own ticket ($175.00 per ticket). We’ll provide you with a custom link to share with your invitees.

NEXT STEP: INVITE PEOPLE!

Our goal in 2026 is to increase the number of first time TDV attendees. Our team is here to assist you in all parts of this process. We will host two Zoom meetings to answer you questions and get you psyched to be on our Table Host Team.

HERE’S HOW!

Brainstorm a list of your prospective guests. Potential guests
may include friends, family members, church friends, business
or professional acquaintances that you believe would be
inspired to learn about and support Agros.

Purchase your own tickets (or the full table) for the event

Extend a personal invitation via email or over the phone to your prospective guests. Potential Guests respond best to personalized invitations that show your attention. You might:

  • Share your personal reason about why you are supporting Agros
  • Share something inspiring you experienced in a past TDV.

Hi [Name],

I hope this message finds you well! I’m reaching out to invite you to something truly meaningful—an evening that’s close to my/our heart(s).

I’ll be hosting/assembling a table at Tierras de Vida, the annual gala for Agros International on October 2, 2026. Agros is an organization that’s transforming lives in rural Latin America. Agros doesn’t just provide aid—they empower families to own land, launch businesses, and build lasting legacies of prosperity.

Friday, October 2nd, 2026 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm Fremont Studios, Seattle

You know how passionate I am about [insert your personal connection—e.g., sustainable development, ending poverty, supporting rural communities]. That’s why I’m proud to support Agros and their vision to see 50,000 lives transformed by 2034.

This event is more than a fundraiser—it’s a celebration of resilience and hope. You’ll hear powerful stories from families who’ve broken the cycle of poverty, enjoy a delicious three-course dinner, and connect with a community of people who believe in dignity through ownership.

Donations given at the event go directly to Agros’ programs—supporting agri-entrepreneurs, building communities, and creating futures rooted in sustainability.

I would be honored to have you at my table. If you’re interested, let me know and I’ll send you the ticket/registration link. I’ll follow up with you in a week or so to see if you are able to attend. The deadline to register is September 18.

Let’s turn generosity into lasting change—one family at a time.

Warmly,
[Your Name]

Frequently Asked Questions for Hosts

Tables are typically set for 10 but can fit up to 12 guests.  If you have more than 12 guests, we can work with you to seat your additional guests with another group, or you can choose to host more than one table!   We also understand that sometimes plans change and guests are not able to make it, so Agros staff will be ready to help you round out your group with additional guests if needed.

During the program, guests can raise their paddle to make a donation during Raise The Paddle! Guests will have an opportunity to indicate their payment method of choice when they check-in for the event, and they may choose to place a credit card on file, pay by check at the end of the event, or send their donation from a corporate giving account or donor advised fund following the event.  To increase anonymity, donors’ names will not be spoken during the Raise The Paddle.   If you or your guests prefer not to raise your paddle and would like to give privately, you can donate online by using the QR code on the printed event program or visit the registration table where an Agros staff member can help you complete your gift.
