JOB POSTING - RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Position: Relationship Manager
Reports to: Director of Development
Location: This role is hybrid, with an expectation to reside in the greater Seattle area and work in the office at least two days a week. Additional in-person meetings may be required for donor engagement and team collaboration.
Salary Range: $75,000 – $95,000
Full-time, Exempt
About the Role
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team and drive donor engagement and philanthropic support. This role is perfect for someone who excels at building relationships, developing donor strategies, and crafting compelling fundraising initiatives. What You’ll Do
Engage and cultivate donors – Manage a portfolio of 100+ donors and build meaningful, long-term relationships.
Lead corporate sponsorship efforts – Identify, engage, and manage corporate partners to expand Agros’ support network.
Collaborate with leadership – Work closely with board members and the executive team to advance Agros’ donor relations.
Oversee stewardship initiatives – Ensure donors are engaged, informed, and feel appreciated for their impact.
Travel for donor engagement – Occasional domestic and international travel to connect donors with Agros’ mission.
Who You Are
1-3 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or corporate partnerships.
A strong communicator with outstanding relationship-building skills.
A strategic thinker with experience in donor pipeline development.
Passionate about philanthropy and Agros’ faith-based mission.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

At times there are no positions open in the Central American communities where Agros works. These staff positions are filled by nationals of the country in which we are working.
