We were thrilled to welcome a record crowd of 330 people at Friday night’s Tierras de Vida gala. Through this year’s event we raised more than $440,000 to break the cycle of poverty for farming families in Latin America.
At the gala, keynote speaker Rick Steves reminded attendees that “this world is home to billions of equally precious, equally lovable, equally deserving children of God.” Thank you for journeying with Agros as we serve precious, lovable, and deserving families in Nicaragua, Honduras, and Guatemala.
As Agros villager Nero shared in the video that premiered at the gala, “Before, I had nothing. I had to look for work every day. But not anymore. Now I have work, I have my land. May my kids have what I never had before.”
Thank you for making this transformation in Nero’s life—and in the lives of thousands of others who have partnered with Agros—possible. If you’d like to watch the event video, you can do so here.
