What if I have a food allergy or intolerance?

Allergies and intolerances will be accommodated as best as possible. All meals provided are gluten free. If you have an allergy or intolerance, you will have a chance to mention this when you purchase your ticket. There is a “Special Accommodations” section where you may include a note.

No. The event is for guests 21+ only.

We encourage festive semi-formal and cocktail attire.

What opportunity will there be to give?

There will not be an auction at the gala this year. The main opportunity to give will take place during a raise the paddle event.

Currently, there are no longer health mandates that affect this event. Fremont Studios has an HVAC filtration system with air flow that exceeds Health Safety Recommendations.
